Burning Carbon Yangmei (火炭杨梅)

Description

Produced in Guiyang, Guizhou. Because the ripe fruit is dark red, like burning charcoal, it is called “Burning Carbon”. The fruit is oblate, and a single fruit weighs about 12 grams. It is purple-black, soft and juicy, with a soluble solid content of about 12%.
