Description
Black Amber Plum produces large fruit weighing 85–180 g (3.0–6.3 oz). In the Changsha region, it ripens in mid-July. The fruit can remain on the tree for up to 20 days after ripening while maintaining excellent quality. It features firm, melting flesh, is self-fertile, and develops an average soluble solids content of 16° Brix, offering an exceptionally sweet, rich flavor.
