Description
An extremely early-ripening, small-fruited white-fleshed nectarine variety. Fruits are round with a flat apex, bright red and attractive in appearance. Single fruits weigh 60–80 g, with larger ones up to 120 g. Flesh is fine-textured, aromatic, crisp, and sweet, with high sugar content of 16–18%, reaching up to 28% under ideal conditions. It is firm, slow-softening, and has excellent hanging ability. The variety produces pollen, is self-fruitful, and highly productive. At the Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute’s Xinxiang base in 2023, fruits had begun coloring by May 20 and reached full red by June 1. Growth period is short, with early maturity, good firmness, and reduced management requirements—less thinning, fewer sprays, and no bagging needed.
