Description
Ripening Time: Late June
Fruit Appearance: The fruit is round, plump, and well-shaped, with a slightly indented tip. The skin has a white background that turns bright red over the entire surface when fully ripe. Most fruits are medium to large, averaging approximately 225–250 g (7.9–8.8 oz), with some reaching 350–400 g (12.3–14.1 oz).
Flavor & Texture: The flesh ranges from white to deep red, depending on ripeness and growing conditions. With a sugar content of 13–16%, it offers a rich, sweet flavor. The flesh is crisp and tender, retaining its firmness well after ripening thanks to its slow-softening texture. The fruit becomes freestone when fully ripe, allowing the pit to separate easily from the flesh.
