Zhongpan No. 13 Flat Peach (中蟠13号蟠桃)

A yellow-fleshed flat peach variety. The skin is about 75% red, with short, clean fuzz, giving it an attractive, “washed-like” appearance. Fruits are large and uniform, averaging 260–400 g. The fruit has a flat top, thick and fine-textured flesh, resistant to cracking and peeling. It features a rich, sweet, and fragrant flavor, with a soluble solids content of about 13%. A clingstone type, it is highly productive. The ripening period is from late June to early July.
