Yangshan Honeydew Honey Peach (阳山蜜露水蜜桃)

Description

Also known as Big hujing or Yangshan No. 2 Peach, has a round, slightly flattened shape with a shallow suture and symmetrical halves. The tip is flat or slightly raised. The average fruit weight is 230 g, with the largest reaching 450 g. The skin has a creamy yellow base with a red blush on the sun-exposed side, and the creamy white flesh peels easily. The area near the pit is purplish-red, and the variety is clingstone. It has a sweet flavor, abundant juice, rich aroma, and excellent taste. It matures in mid- to late July.
