Description

Shatian pomelo, originally from Rong County, Guangxi Province, China, is one of the four famous pomelos in China, renowned for its high quality, rich nutrition, and significant health benefits.
The fruit is pear-shaped or round, with thick and smooth skin, ranging in color from light yellow to golden yellow.
The weight of a single fruit generally ranges from 1.5 to 2 kilograms.
The flesh is white or light yellow, tender and juicy, with a sweet and slightly acidic taste, and no bitterness.
It usually contains a few seeds or is seedless.
Shatian pomelo is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and other minerals. Each 100 grams of flesh contains about 30 milligrams of vitamin C, 7% to 9% total sugar, and 0.5% to 0.7% total acid.
Shatian pomelo generally matures from October to December each year. The fruit can be stored for a long time while maintaining its freshness.
