Selected from Jinshan Lüxiang in Shanghai, this variety is known as the “King of Flat Peaches” among Jinshan peaches.
The fruit features a distinctive flat-round shape, adorned with a delicate rose-red blush. Large and perfectly shaped, with a small pit, it boasts a striking appearance. The flesh is soft, low in fiber, with thin skin, abundant juice, and a sweet, aromatic flavor that is uniquely enticing.
Average fruit weight reaches 200 g, with soluble solids content between 14%–20% and total acidity ≤0.25%. Harvested from mid to late July, this peach is celebrated for its premium quality and cultural heritage, embodying the elegance and indulgence once reserved for royalty.
