Red-Flower Hawk-Beak Peach (红花鹰嘴桃)

It produces large, round fruits with a distinctive elongated tip resembling a “hawk’s beak.” Individual fruits are relatively large, weighing between 200 and 350 grams. The skin is green with a red blush on the sun-exposed side and covered with fine fuzz, giving the fruit an attractive appearance. It ripens in early to mid-August. The flesh is greenish-red, turning red from the inside out. It has a crisp texture, abundant juice, a sweet taste, and a hint of honey flavor.
