Description
The Moonlight Jujube, also known as Ling Zao and Bullet Jujube, is an extremely early-ripening fresh-eating variety. The fruit is olive-shaped with pointed ends, weighing about 10 g each. The skin is deep red, while the flesh is fine, crisp, and juicy, with a soluble solids content of 28.5%. Its crispness surpasses that of Zhanhua Winter Jujube. The maturity period is mid-to-late August.
