Description
It is an early-maturing variety selected from “Zaozhuang Crisp Jujube.” The fruit is spindle-shaped, with an average single fruit weight of 14.7 g, and has a purplish-red skin. The flesh is crisp and residue-free, with abundant juice and excellent quality. At the crisp-ripe stage, the soluble solids content reaches 25.5%, the edible rate is 95.7%, and the vitamin C content is as high as 2526 mg/kg. In Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, the fruits typically reach full maturity in mid-to-late August.
