Mi Liang No. 1 Kiwi (米良1号猕猴桃)

Mi Liang No. 1 kiwi is a cylindrical-shaped variety with an average fruit weight of 70-80g and a maximum weight of 125g. The fruit has a smooth, hairless, brownish-green skin. Around the central axis, the flesh exhibits a striking red hue, while the cross-section displays a radiant, colorful pattern, making it highly attractive.

The flesh is delicate, juicy, and has a rich, sweet flavor. It contains 16.5%-23% soluble solids, with an acid content of 1.47% and a solid-to-acid ratio of 11.2. The fruit has a strong aroma and excellent quality.

Its storability is moderate, softening after 10-14 days at room temperature (25°C). Under refrigeration, it can be stored for approximately three months.
