Jinxiang Yellow Peach (锦香黄桃)

Jinxiang Yellow Peach has round fruit with a rounded, flat apex, symmetrical halves, and an inconspicuous suture line. The average fruit weight is 193 g, with larger fruits reaching 270 g. The skin has a golden-yellow base color; when bagged, the sun-exposed side develops a red blush, while unbagged fruit shows a deep red color on the sun-facing side. The fuzz is sparse, and when fully ripe, the skin can be peeled. The flesh is golden yellow with a firm, non-melting texture. The soluble solids content is around 10%, with a sweet, slightly tart flavor, medium juiciness, and a strong aroma. The variety is clingstone.

A pollinizer tree is required. Jinxiu Yellow Peach is a suitable pollinizer variety.
