Description
In the Nanjing region, the fruit matures in mid-June. The fruit is flat in shape with a smooth surface. The average single fruit weight is 120 grams, with large fruits reaching up to 271 grams. The skin has a yellow base color with most of the surface covered in red. The flesh is yellow and softens slowly—initially crisp and refreshing, and once fully ripe, juicy and sweet, with a soluble solids content of 15.2%. It has a clinging stone.
Main characteristics: early maturity, good coloration, strong fragrance, and excellent quality.
