Jinshan Early Red Nectarine (金山早红桃)

Jinshan Early Red Nectarine (Early Red Ruby strain) is an extremely early-ripening yellow-fleshed nectarine variety. The fruit is nearly round with smooth skin and a bright, glossy red surface, giving it a highly attractive appearance. Individual fruits weigh 60–100 g, with larger ones around 120 g, and the largest reaching 150–160 g. The flesh is crisp and juicy, sweet and fragrant, with a refreshing flavor, containing 10.3%–13% soluble solids. The fruit enters its enlargement stage in mid-May and ripens around May 20, making it one of the very earliest ripening nectarine varieties.
