Description
The Huataifeng longan has several excellent traits, including early fruiting, high quality, high and stable yield, and a pleasant aroma. In Fuzhou, it matures from early September to early October, with a long tree-holding freshness period. The individual fruit weighs between 12.6 and 13.8 grams, with a soluble solids content of 22.2% to 24.2% and an edible rate of 69.0% to 72.2%. The flesh is fragrant, sweet, tender, and crisp.
