Hai’an Purple Peach (海安紫桃)

Average fruit weight is 130 grams, with larger fruits reaching 160 grams. Sugar content ranges from 13% to 18%, and it ripens around July 15.

This variety has strong wild vigor, is self-pollinating, tolerant of rough management, and has low cultivation costs. The young fruit is dark purple-black, while the mature fruit turns purplish-red. It is freestone and resistant to cracking.

The flavor is a balanced sweet and sour, with high sweetness, a strong peach aroma, and is rich in anthocyanins, offering high nutritional value.
