Chunmi Peach (春蜜桃)

Also known as Zhongtao No. 3, is an extra-early-ripening, fully red, firm-flesh peach variety. The fruit is nearly round, with an average weight of about 156 g and large fruits exceeding 205 g. It ripens in late May. The skin has a creamy-white base color, which becomes fully covered with bright, vivid red at maturity, creating an eye-catching appearance. Occasionally, a small tip may be present. The suture is shallow yet distinct, with the two halves symmetrical and ripening evenly. The flesh is white, fine-textured, firm, and melting, with a rich, sweet flavor. Soluble solids content is around 11–12%, and sweetness can reach approximately 15%. The fruit is firm, crack-resistant, and remains hard without softening quickly after ripening, making it excellent for storage and transport. It has abundant pollen, is self-pollinating, and is highly productive.
