Description
Also known as Chinese Black Plum, features an upright growth habit with vigorous growth. It is self-pollinating and noted for its exceptionally high, stable, and early yields. The flowers are pink, abundant, borne in clusters, and have a long flowering period.
The fruit ripens in mid-July and can remain on the tree for 15–20 days after maturity. Average fruit weight is about 90 g, with exceptionally large fruit reaching 150 g or more. The skin has a red base color, turning reddish-purple when fully colored, and is covered with a natural waxy bloom.
The flesh is golden yellow with fine red streaks, freestone, and offers a crisp, sweet, and juicy texture with a rich aroma. Soluble solids content reaches 16–18%, making this variety highly valued for fresh consumption
