Description
Fruit Appearance: Flattened, round-shaped fruit with smooth, creamy-white, fuzz-free skin and a shallow suture. The skin does not develop a noticeable color change as it ripens. Each peach weighs approximately 250 g (8.8 oz), with a small pit and an edible portion exceeding 90% of the total fruit weight.
Flavor and Texture: When eaten firm, the flesh is crisp, dense, and sweet. When fully softened, it becomes exceptionally juicy and tender, melting in the mouth with virtually no fibrous texture. Sugar content ranges from 15–20° Brix, with a distinctive combination of honey-like sweetness and creamy aroma. Acidity is low, approximately 0.2–0.5%, making it an appealing choice for all ages.
Ripening: Ripens in late June in Shangqiu, Henan, China. The fruit can remain on the tree for up to 15 days.
