Description
It is a premium new large-fruited, white-fleshed variety developed by a professor-led team at Sichuan Agricultural University through hybrid breeding, with independent intellectual property rights.
It features a pale yellow-white to creamy yellow skin with a natural waxy bloom and an attractive appearance. The flesh is snow-white, finely textured, and exceptionally smooth, melting easily in the mouth. The flavor is rich, intensely sweet, and juicy; once fully ripened and naturally de-acidified, it develops a deep, concentrated taste with a distinctive aroma.
The fruit averages around 70 grams, with larger specimens reaching up to 120 grams. It typically ripens from late May to mid-June, with a sugar content of approximately 19%, highlighting its excellent sweetness.
