Description
This unique variety blooms in March and ripens by mid-June, helping it avoid frost damage to young fruit during late winter and early spring. The fruit averages about 45 grams, with an edible portion exceeding 70%. It contains 13%–16% soluble solids and just 0.1%–0.3% total acidity, resulting in a high-sugar, low-acid profile. Juicy and intensely sweet, it offers a rich, concentrated flavor. Its sugar-to-acid ratio is more than 2.2 times higher than that of the “Big Five-Star” loquat, making it an outstanding choice for both quality and reliability.
