Early Hong Yan Apricot Tree (早红艳杏)

Description

The fruit is oval in shape, with an average single fruit weight of 71.7 g and a maximum weight of 95.8 g. The peel has an orange-yellow ground color with a bright red blush on the sun-exposed side, giving the fruit an attractive appearance. The flesh is orange-yellow, thick, fine-textured, firm, and low in fiber, with a well-balanced sweet–acid flavor. The soluble solids content is 16.3%, vitamin C content is 12.3 mg/100 g, and the edible rate reaches 95.2%.

The harvest period is relatively long, allowing continuous picking for approximately 15 days. The fruit has good storage tolerance and can be stored for 7–10 days at room temperature.
