Zhongpan No. 18 Flat Peach (中蟠18号蟠桃)

Zhongpan 18, developed by the Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is a late-maturing, white-fleshed flat peach variety known for its large fruit size, thick flesh, and excellent quality. Individual fruits typically weigh 400–500 g, with about 80% of the surface covered in a vibrant, eye-catching red. The soluble solids content reaches up to 15%, giving it a rich sweetness and superb flavor. This variety is self-pollinating, has a high fruit set rate, and produces stable yields. It generally ripens from early to mid-August.
