Zhongpan No. 11 Flat Peach (中蟠11号蟠桃)

Zhongpan 11 is a flat-shaped peach variety with a well-proportioned, symmetrical form. The fruit has a slightly sunken apex, a shallow stem cavity, and a distinct but shallow suture line, with uniform ripening. The average fruit weight is about 250 g, with larger fruits exceeding 300 g, and it has stable, high yields. The skin is covered with fuzz, with a yellow base color and more than 80% of the surface overlaid with a bright red blush (bagged fruit appears yellow). The flesh is orange-yellow with a firm, non-melting texture, good transportability, and medium fiber content. It has a rich, sweet flavor with a pleasant aroma, soluble solids content of around 15%, and is clingstone. It ripens in late June.
