Description
Fruit is oblong-elliptic, averaging over 90 g per fruit. Skin background is yellow-green, turning purplish-red at maturity. The suture line is distinct. Fruit stems are relatively long. Skin is smooth and glabrous, covered with a thick gray-white bloom. Lenticels are small. Flesh is pale yellow, crisp and fine-textured, with abundant juice. Flavor is mildly acidic. Stone is small and freestone, with an edible rate of 95%. Soluble solids content (SSC) averages 13%.
Fruit can be stored at room temperature for approximately 15 days. After storage, SSC can increase to about 15%, enhancing sweetness.
