Description
The Yuhuan Wendan matures in late October. The fruit is oblate or high oblate in shape, with an average weight of 1500 grams. It is large and beautifully shaped with a strong fragrance. The peel is smooth and orange-yellow in color. The flesh is crystal clear, crisp, tender, juicy, sweet and sour to the taste, and has a unique flavor.
The edible rate of Yuhuan Wendan is ≥ 60.0%, the soluble solid content is ≥ 11.0%, the total sugar content is ≥ 10.5 grams per 100 grams, the reducing sugar content is ≥ 2.5 grams per 100 grams, the total acid content is ≤ 9.0 grams per kilogram, and the vitamin C content is ≥ 50.0 milligrams per 100 grams.
