Description
It has an average fruit weight of 12 grams and is long oval-shaped with flat shoulders. The skin is deep red and smooth. The flesh is waxy white, crisp, sweet, and highly fragrant, with abundant juice. It contains about 18% soluble solids, with 21.12 to 23.32 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 milliliters of juice and 0.29 to 0.33 grams of acid. The edible portion is 77.6%. The seeds are extremely small and have completely degenerated into shriveled kernels. The flowers bloom from late February to mid-March, and the fruit matures in late June.
