Description
Also known as the Mid-Autumn Xin Hua, typically weighs 400 grams per fruit, with larger ones reaching 700 grams and the largest up to 1 kilogram. The fruit has a high, round shape and a yellow-brown skin. Its flesh is white, delicate, with a small, residue-free core. It is crisp, juicy, and contains over 14% sugar. The pear matures around September 15th (around the Mid-Autumn Festival), with the earliest harvest possible in mid-August and the latest staying on the tree until October while still remaining crisp and sweet. It is an ideal gift for the Mid-Autumn Festival and can be stored at room temperature for over 60 days.
