Description
The greatest advantage of Xian Tao lychee is its exceptionally large fruit. The average fruit weighs 60 grams, with the largest reaching 78.1 grams, making it as large as an egg and larger than other lychee varieties. The flesh is waxy white, non-juicy, with a soft, smooth, and delicate texture, offering a superior taste and quality compared to Fei Zi Xiao and Zi Niang Xi.
In addition to its large size, Xian Tao lychee is also notable for its early maturity, ripening five days earlier than Fei Zi Xiao. It has excellent early bearing and high yield. Moreover, Xian Tao has strong storage properties, lasting five to seven days at room temperature and over thirty days under cold storage.
