Thai Golden (泰国金柚)

Description

Thai Golden Pomelo has a relatively small, round shape with delicate skin that turns yellow-green when ripe. Each fruit weighs around 1 kilogram (2 pounds). The flesh is golden yellow, both sour and sweet, with a sugar content of up to 16 degrees Brix. It is tender and juicy, with a rich flavor and a unique aroma. The taste is exceptional.
