Description
Also known as June Crisp plum, has an average fruit weight of 51 grams, with the largest reaching up to 120 grams. The fruit has a yellow skin, and the flesh is light yellow. When the fruit is first ripe, it has a sweet-tart flavor, but when fully mature, it becomes intensely sweet with no acidity, containing 14.2% sugar. The flesh is crisp, freestone, and of excellent quality. This plum is highly resistant to storage and transport, maturing in early June.
