Description
It is a superior variety cultivated by the Agricultural Science Research Institute of Putian City, Fujian Province. This variety is characterized by its large fruit clusters, with the fruits densely packed together. The fruits are slightly flattened and round, with yellow-brown skins, and each fruit weighs about 18 grams. The flesh is crisp, with a rich sweetness, and has excellent quality. The edible portion rate is 71%, and the soluble solids content ranges from 19.5% to 21.8%. Shuinan 1 is an excellent variety for fresh consumption, drying, and canning. The harvest season is in mid to late September.
