Description
Maturing in late July, it can be harvested until mid-August without softening. The average fruit weight is 240 grams, with the largest reaching 456 grams. The fruit is elongated and oval, with a deep stem cavity and shallow suture. When ripe, the fruit turns fully red, with creamy white flesh and red flesh just beneath the skin, featuring red radiating stripes near the pit. The flesh is dense, non-melting, slightly firm, and of excellent quality. It is freestone, with a moderate amount of juice, a sweet and fragrant taste, and an outstanding flavor. Its unique characteristic of staying red and firm, unlike typical peaches, has earned it the nickname “Red Non-Soft.”
