Description
Pumpkin Orange is a bud mutation variety of the Qingshen Ponkan. The tree exhibits vigorous growth and strong resistance to adverse conditions. Its appearance is highly unique, with parts of the peel and oil glands forming strip-like protrusions, resembling a pumpkin. The fruit is medium-sized, seedless or few seeds. Soluble solids content is around 13%, with a sugar content of approximately 11 degrees Brix. The fruit has an orange-yellow color with a relatively light hue. The ripening period is late February.
