It is firm-melting, freestone, with a small pit, crack-resistant, and has a pure taste with a strong sweet aroma. The fruit has a sugar content of 22%, with a flavor reminiscent of rock sugar jujube. It commands a high market price, flowers readily, and is extremely high-yielding, with clusters of fruit hanging like strings of red dates, dense as stars in the sky.
