Description
It belongs to the first generation of kumquat varieties, also known as traditional kumquats. When eaten, it has an oily, numbing, and sour taste. Sensitive individuals may experience a sharp, pungent sensation, and after consuming a large amount, a noticeable numbing feeling on the lips can occur. Despite this, it has a high yield, making it commonly used for processing. The fruit is small with large seeds, and while the taste is sour, the flesh inside, once separated from the peel, is quite sweet.
