Description
Also known as Cluster Mango, Agricultural Institute No. 5 Mango is a bud variant of Ivory No. 22 Mango, developed by Guangxi Agricultural University. It is named Cluster Mango due to its tendency to bear fruit in clusters.
Characteristics:
- Shape and Size: The fruit is ivory-shaped, with each fruit weighing 250-300 grams.
- Skin: The skin is yellow-green or yellow.
- Flesh: The flesh is orange-yellow with medium or slightly less fiber, slightly coarse, and has relatively less juice. It has a balanced sweet and sour taste, and a small, polyembryonic seed.

- Appearance and Quality: Cluster Mango has an attractive appearance and moderate internal quality, making it suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.
- Maturity: It is a mid-season variety, with the fruit maturing from mid-July to mid-to-late August.
