Description
Nansui pear is native to Japan.
The fruit is medium-sized, with an average individual weight of 360 grams, and large fruits can reach up to 500 grams. The fruit is round or oblate, with a symmetrical shape. The skin is yellowish-brown, and the surface is smooth. The flesh is white, tender, and juicy, with a sweet taste and excellent texture, making it of superior quality.
The organic acid content is 0.3%, soluble solids range from 14.6% to 16.5%, with extremely high sugar content, reaching around 17%.
