Description
The fruit is nearly round, with an average weight of 10 grams per fruit. The skin is bright purplish-red, and the flesh ranges from red to light purplish-red. It has a sweet and sour taste with a fine, firm texture. The edible rate is 85.3%.
Per 100 grams of fresh fruit, the edible portion contains 9.75 grams of soluble sugar, 3.64 grams of titratable acid, and 104.9 milligrams of vitamin C. In the Luanping region of Hebei, the fruit matures in early October. This variety is of excellent quality and is suitable for both processing and fresh consumption.
