Description
Also known as Fuyang pear, Big-Head pear, or Axle pear, it produces medium to large fruits that are uniform in size, with an average weight of 500 grams. The fruit is obovate in shape, with yellow skin and white flesh. The texture is crisp but slightly coarse, with abundant juice and a mild fragrance. When first harvested, the flavor is quite tart, but after storage, it develops a sweet and tangy taste. The soluble solids content is between 10% and 11%. This variety matures between September and October and is highly resistant to storage.
