Description
Also called Jiuyuewu. It is developed by the Fruit Tree Research Institute of the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is currently the latest-maturing longan variety in China. This variety is known for its high and stable yield. The fruits are uniform in size, with an average weight of 12.7 to 14.3 grams per fruit. It has a soluble solids content of 22.5% and an edible rate of 65.5% to 70.03%, with vitamin C content ranging from 61.4 to 110 mg per 100 grams. The fruits mature late in the season, from mid-October to early December.
