It is rich in protein, fructose, glucose, amino acids, citric acid, multiple vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, etc., and soluble solids are 10-12%. “Langdangzi” is a late-maturing yangmei variety that is deeply loved by citizens. Although it is later than other varieties, it is larger in size, tastes sweeter, and has more moisture and a longer shelf life. Why is this yangmei called “Langdangzi”? Because the fruit stalk of this yangmei is thick and long, and when it hangs on the branch, it sways in the wind, so it is called “Langdangzi”.
