Description
Kijojou is a variety derived from the Matsumoto Wase Fuyu persimmon. The fruit weighs approximately 300 grams, some fruits can grow as large as 800g, and is a fully sweet persimmon. It matures in early November. The fruit has a slightly flattened round shape, with a somewhat dense texture in the flesh. The sweetness is moderate, and there is no astringency.
