Description
It ripens in late July. Each fruit weighs about 200 grams and has a flattened shape. The fruit top is slightly indented, with a small or nearly absent pit and rarely cracks. The suture line is shallow, the stem cavity is wide and deep, and the flesh is thick with two relatively symmetrical halves. Over 60% of the skin is red, and in some years, the fruit turns almost entirely red.
The flesh is yellow, firm, crisp, and pleasantly refreshing. When fully ripe, it becomes soft and juicy with moderate fiber. The flavor is sweet, with a sugar content of around 20%, offering excellent quality. It has a clinging stone and is extremely productive.
