Description
Also called Rock Sugar Jujube, has an elongated cylindrical shape, with an average fruit weight of 10–12 grams. The fruit surface is smooth and shiny, with a fine, thin, yet resilient skin that turns a light reddish-brown when ripe. The flesh is white, thick, and elastic, with a dense, crisp, and tender texture, abundant juice, and an extremely sweet flavor with a hint of tartness, providing an excellent taste. It has a small pit containing a single full seed. Soluble solids content ranges from 40% to 45%, and it has top-tier quality with a drying rate of about 55%. The fruit matures in late September.
