Description
Formal name is Nongda Jinmi, it is a new yellow-fleshed kiwi variety developed by hybridizing “Jinnong No. 2” as the female parent and “Jinyang No. 1 male plant” as the male parent. The fruit is nearly cylindrical in shape, with brown-green skin covered in sparse short fuzz. Each fruit has an average weight of 82.1 g. The flesh is yellow, tender, and juicy, with a sweet and refreshing flavor. It contains 2.04 mg/g of vitamin C, 14.2% total sugar, 1.42% total acid, and 20.2% soluble solids. In the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi, the fruit matures in early September.
