Description
Jinguan 8-18 yellow peach has a nearly round shape with a flat, slightly concave tip, sparse fuzz, firm flesh, and good storability and transportability. After bagging, the fruit surface turns golden yellow, with an attractive appearance and large size. The average fruit weight is 200–250 g, with larger fruits exceeding 400 g. It has yellow flesh, a crisp-sweet taste, clingstone pits, and produces pollen. It is extremely high-yielding. In normal years, fruit begins to color on June 1, reaches full color by June 3, and can hang on the tree for 15 days after full coloration. The optimal harvest period is around June 8.
