Hutai No. 8 produces large, conical clusters with a compact structure. The average cluster weight ranges from 600 to 800 g, giving the fruit an attractive and uniform appearance.
The berries are large and round, with an average single-berry weight of approximately 12–18 g. Seeds are of medium size, with one to two seeds per berry.
This variety is known for its rich aroma and excellent eating quality. The sugar content is relatively high, typically reaching 17–20%, resulting in a sweet, well-balanced flavor suitable for fresh consumption.
