Hongsu Honey Pear (红酥蜜梨)

It has a nearly round shape with an average fruit weight of 300 grams. About 60% of the fruit’s surface is red. The flesh is crisp and delicate, with abundant juice and few stone cells. The soluble solids content is approximately 12.6%, giving it a sweet and pleasant taste. In the Zhengzhou area, it matures in mid-August and is relatively resistant to storage.
